Join Emma at Bore Place, for her Winter Edition of ‘Gardening The Soul’. This is an immersive weekend of varied Yoga practices for deep nurturing & replenishment. Especially seeking those who wish to align with Nature, to root, ground & connect to inner guidance for the Year ahead. During your free time, enjoy the crisp, Wintry magic of the surrounding countryside or snuggle with a cup of tea in the 16th Century manor house by a roaring open fire. Saturday morning begins with tea and fruit, followed by a deep Vinyasa Flow practice at 8.30am (beginner modifications will be offered) until breakfast at 10:00am. Then comes the creative workshop from 12-1.30pm when lunch is served. Saturday afternoon offers a 2 hour session of Somatic/ Therapeutic Yoga from 4.30pm – 6.30pm for deep, delightful unravelling.

After dinner at 7.00pm, there will be a meditation before bedtime. The Sunday morning class will be Hatha & Yin session followed by free time to rest, reflect or explore. A closing session completes the Retreat from 1pm-1.30pm. The Retreat ends around 2.30pm after lunch, re-charged, revitalised. Classes are open to all levels.
