We are delighted to be returning to the wonderful Braziers Park in Oxfordshire. We have been running retreats here for many years and feel it is the perfect location for our New Year Yoga Retreat. We are planning a deeply nourishing few days of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, kirtan (singing), wholesome vegetarian meals, good company and plenty of time for rest and reflection too. The grounds are large and nestled in beautiful countryside so lots of opportunity to walk and breathe the fresh country air. The winter months can be a treat at the manor house as we have the beauty of log fires to curl up with a book or have a chat over a cup of tea.
We are very excited that Swami Ambikananda is returning once again as a co-teacher with Lila. Both are senior teachers with a vast amount of teaching experience between them.. We welcome you whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner of yoga.
Justine Bonner will be offering delicious and nourishing massage treatments from Thai Yoga to Lomi Lomi oil massage... prepare to be pampered! Justine will also share a Thai massage / Parther Yoga workshop on New Years Eve.
