Using the chakras as a guiding framework, each day will include yoga, connection to the natural elements, food relationship & self-care workshops, ritual and ceremony, delicious and nourishing meals, as well as plenty of free time to relax and integrate.
We will come together in a supportive circle of sacred sisterhood for transformation, healing, and rejuvenation. Using your food relationship as a portal for insight, we'll examine food patterns, beliefs, and associations. Then we'll look to see how that's playing out in other areas of your life (after all, how you do one thing is how you do everything). We'll illuminate where you're stuck and why, then practice tools for healing and moving forward so you can live the live you know you're meant to live!
Shasha is a healer, yoga teacher, and intuitive guide who helps questioning souls find their spiritual home within so they can navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity and purpose. (Her spunky, wise spirit will inspire you to unleash your inner goddess.)
Christa is The Food Therapist. She helps busy, ambitious women reclaim their energy and confidence so they have time for the things that matter most in their personal and professional lives. (She's also really good at vacation, so you're going to want her there!)
Both of these women have personal experience with the pattern of striving for perfection - followed by self-sabotage, leading to burnout. They have actively worked to regain their own energy and confidence through food, lifestyle, and spiritual practice, and both have personally experienced the power of retreat in creating lasting transformation.
Together, they share a mission to empower other women in doing the same. You can expect to be held in a kind, loving space infused with wisdom, laughter, and heartfelt connection.
