A restorative yoga and yoga nidra retreat with James Reeves and Adelene Cheong
This is the first retreat of its kind in Europe as James and Adelene team up to share two powerful techniques from this stunning purpose-built yoga retreat centre in southern Spain. Suryalila is a beautiful old renovated olive farm sitting on 45 acres of land nestled in a large open valley in the foothills of the Sierra de Grazelema. Breathtaking vistas extend in all directions: rolling hills, fields of sunflowers, and lakes. The venue offers two of the most beautiful and spacious yoga halls in Europe as well as communal spaces, including a pool and dining and living areas.
