YYI is an intense yoga training, with a requirement of 90% pass in sanskrit, yoga theory and asana teaching and corrections to qualify for certification. YYI was recognized by B.K.S Iyengar in 1969. Before moving to the UK I was teaching 23 classes a week in Planet Fitness, Virgin Active and more.
