Each yoga class is based on a theme so that every class is different and every class helps to widen your knowlege of yoga practice. All yoga classes are designed to be safe, energetic, fun-loving and effective.
Chris has been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years and is a student physiotherapist and a qualified personal trainer. He is currently preparing to register as a senior yoga teacher in 2020 and to run his own teacher trainings.
