Classes consist of moving through a sequence of standing and seated postures, focusing on correct alignment, effective use of breath, and achieving a balance between physical strength and inner stillness. Breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques are incorporated into the practice. A guided relaxation is conducted at the end of the class.
I provide all props. You only need to bring your mat!
