My journey into yoga started when I was a child growing up with yoga enthusiastic parents, however it took a particular time in my life to develop my practice and realise that it was too good to keep it for myself. I combine my personal experience with continuous study and practice. I must admit that I prefer to study yoga on my own after feeling very disappointed with the superficial training that was commercially available. Yoga requires awareness and to be present at every moment. That cannot be taught, it is defnitely learnt through personal experience.
My training focused on traditional Hatha yoga, including mantra and the philosophical principles behind this ancient science. This however, was just the beginning. At this stage, I am convinced that yoga was intended as a universal practice to understand our real essence and to take advantage of the multidimensional access we all have whilst we live in this earth.
We are all on a personal journey of self-discovery where any tool available can be an opportunity to grow and evolve. My aim is to share what I know and discover every day. I consider that we are all students through life. Learning has no limits.
