Sam is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher and Nutritional Therapist who pays close attention to health through exercise and diet.
She studied with Yoga London at the Buddhist Centre in Bermondsey and believes the physical form of Yoga, practised correctly, is the ultimate exercise for sustained physical health and general well being.
Sam teaches a dynamic class using the breath to link asanas and to bring about a state of relaxation. You will move smoothly in and out of postures through a routine designed to take you from exertion to stretching and then relaxation.
Her classes are great for anyone wanting to increase fitness, flexibility and stability and inner calm.

Sam is a mother of two and encourages Yoga from an early age welcoming 16+ year olds into class at student rates.
"I decided after 15 years of practising Yoga myself, that I would do my teacher training at Yoga London. It made sense to put Nutritional Therapy together with Yoga as you need a healthy diet and exercise for optimal well being. I also believe that Yoga and good nutrition are two things that are within everybody's reach and will support you through life especially as we get older. Starting young enables you to get in touch with your body and learn how to look after it. But there is no limit to age, starting a good Yoga class later in life can introduce youth back into your life."
