I knew from the moment I completed my first yoga class back in 2011 that would be come a very important part of my life. With its endless opportunities I am grateful to be able to share this mind, body and soul knowledge I have learnt in my classes.
After seeing the positive impact yoga has brought me over the years in many aspects of my life, I decided in 2014 to become a teacher myself in hope to share this. By getting a deeper understanding of its ancient philosophy, physical benefits and working on my own practice I have been able to see how it is essential for wellbeing. Whilst deepening my practice of yoga study this has also given me the benefit of helping a sick relative struggling with phsycological issues, this also has in turn enhanced my passion for sharing yoga even more.

I currently teach two Fierce Grace classes and am available to teach across London.
