I have been practising yoga since 1991 and teaching yoga since 2004. Since 2009 I have specialised in yoga for people living with cancer, and I have been course director on Healing Space - yoga for cancer - since 2011. I have been a faculty member with Yogacampus and teach yoga for cancer modules for the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy. I am author of the book 'Adapting Yoga for People Living with Cancer' published by Singing Dragon. Since 2018 have worked in hospice and end of life care.
