Sarah found her flow with Hotpod Yoga South West Wales based in Swansea. With a ballet background, she immediately fell in love with the Vinyasa style of movement.
Sarah was lucky enough to train with Jamie Blowers in 2018 studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga where she developed a keen eye for alignment and a real passion for the art of teaching.
Teaching across Carmarthenshire, Wales - Sarah offers public classes and events, private 1:1s, corporate opportunities and in the summer months, beach yoga!
