I own and run a studio in Burscough Lancashire called Mula Yoga. This is where I teach and support my yoga community. I support a team of teachers and the studio offers a diverse range of mindful movement classes meaning there is something for everyone.
All my teaching is here at the studio. I constantly train & evolve my offerings. Currently I teach Dynamic flow, yoga with props & mobility yoga.
