Overview

Having been a professional dancer until my early 20s I began practicing yoga for the physical benefits. I began with Bikram which lead to Ashtanga and practiced for 8 years which worked with my work commitments. Approaching my 30s I made a life change and turned my passions into a full time focus.

I travelled to India to do my 200 YTTC and came back to London and began to teach private classes and go into businesses to teach in the workplace. I teach a dynamic style and have always managed to get a lot out of my students. I use props, music and a lot of energy! 

My corporate yoga focus has always been to try to counteract the physical and mental effects of office-based work: so to improve posture, strength (especially in the spine) and try to introduce movement that can relieve body stress and try to bring the clients focus back to their wellbeing. I specialise in yoga for athletes which translates well to gym-focussed clientele also, as my aim is to increase the range of movement maintaining the strength and functional strength for anyone who uses their bodies as their career. For my private clients I tailor each session to them to work towards their physical and mental aims... this is anything from being able to touch their toes, wanting to learn inversions to learning to focus and just be still.

I love my work and put everything into my classes to encourage change.
