I teach near Worth in my beautiful studio, in the middle of the lake alongside Yoga instructors who teach by the same principles I value; those of safety, inclusivity & Yoga that is appropriate to the individual. Many of my clients have been with me for over a decade & we have a thriving community of serious Yoga practitioners & teachers. We teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin & Prenatal to bodies that are entrusted to us.  Together we bring multiple classes a week to our local area as well as on Zoom for those further afield. 

My classes & those of the teachers who teach at my studio aim always to be thoughtful & considerate of context & to show reverence for historical Yoga & correct terminology wherever possible. A thorough understanding of language & auspicious sounds & symbols are all prerequisites of myself & the teachers I engage. We are aware of the burgeoning prevalence of cultural appropriation in the Yoga world & the widespread misuse of imagery, deities, language & religious iconography in western Yoga studios & by Yoga teachers. Instead, we look to provide a respectful & meaningful representation of Yoga, whilst acknowledging we the teachers will always be students & must continue to review & revise our own knowledge.
