I started practicing yoga few years ago on and off the mat, but it was when I moved to the lovely city if Edinburgh that my simple interest transformed into authentic love and soon I thought that I wanted to share this passion with other people, allowing them to enjoy all the benefits that a healthy yoga practice can give. I graduated in Foreign Languages in Italy in 2005 and since then I always worked with languages as tour leaders and translator, traveling around Europe both for study and work.

Some time ago, I started feeling the need to something new into my work life, something that could connect me with people to a deeper level, allowing me to offer a positive change in other people's life and this is where yoga came into action. I completed my 200 YTT in December 2018 at Sunshine Yoga Studio in Edinburgh and my "love story" with yoga just grew up. I learned so much and there is still so much I want to learn, as yoga to me is a continuous learning in progress. I love teaching yoga to my students and also learning from them to always improve my skills, so that I can offer a real transformative experience, like it has been and it is for me. Yoga helped me and still helps me to overcome fears and face challenged of life, but also it taught me a different approach to life and to other people.

I teach mostly flowing style, such as Vinyasa and Yin-Yang, but also more relaxing classes like Yin and Restorative. My classes are dynamic and focused on a nice and gentle mind-body balance, where yoga philosophy and symbolism always find a space to help my students to be more connected with the deeper meaning of this ancient practice. Added to this, I am also interested into developing a project combining yoga and foreign languages (my two main passions), so that yoga could also be a healthy and relaxing tool to improve language skills for people willing to learn or practice a foreing language in a different way.
