My name is Belinda and like many people, I have travelled varied paths before finding my true vocation.  In 2006 I became a Teacher in Meditation and Hatha Yoga after obtaining  my teaching qualification at the Saraswati Yoga Studio in Sutton, Surrey.   Since this time,  I cannot begin to express how many benefits it has brought to my life. Although my yogic name is Pavana, which is from the old yogic language Sanskrit.  Pavana means to develop, something that purifies, breeze or air.  It represents the divine air or breeze that takes the form of life in every individual.

I am fully insured for the discipline I practise.  The Yoga Lodge offers you an oasis of calm that will transport you from the hectic day to day stresses of modern living.
