With almost 30 years experience as a fitness professional, teaching people in the Horsham area to exercise & move their bodies, I am delighted now to be able to offer Yoga for both groups and one to one.

In 2017, after many years of personal yoga practice with some wonderfully, inspirational teachers, I made the decision to complete my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training with Sally Parkes at Laxmi Yoga,   I have since continued to take further specialised trainings in Yin Yoga, Yoga therapy for Sleep & Yoga Nidra. 

My passion is Yin yoga - its what I love to teach and practice - it balances and compliments perfectly with today's busy lifestyles.   My style of teaching has always been open hearted and inclusive, I believe that Yoga really is for EVERY body
