Hi everybody, I have been teaching yoga since 2004 in various countries, participated in international workshops and retreats, assisted at teacher trainings and gives regular classes in Brighton, where I currently reside. I teach from gentle flows to more dynamic flows adapting to modern western body where necessary. A strong background in Iyengar Yoga as Ashtanga combined with Synergy Flow I have studied with many international teachers all over the world.
