Overview

I teach hatha/vinyasa flows concentrating on a theme, so for example this month is about change, feeling and learning to accept it in your body and life

My classes are good for all levels, the 11am Thursday morning is a slower flow with restorative to finish, helping you to walk away feeling refreshed and calm!

Mon & Wed evenings 7pm to 8pm (big rock climbing centre MK)

I also teach retreats in the Cotswold and abroad. I include a yoga flow with breath work in the morning and the evenings are yin/restorative and meditation with yoga nidra ( this is a deep meditation that I will talk you through)

Yoga has changed my life in every way. I did my teacher training in milton keynes at whitespace studios, since then i have trained with Jason crandell, norman blair, sally kempton, Heathe mason (minded institute) and aim to do more training workshops with Jason crandell. I think its important to keep your training up and its great fun. I would like to do more on anatomy and how the body works in yoga poses. I feel I will never know enough about yoga there is so much to learn and I'm very excited to journey this more. I love to teach a slower flow and vinyasa giving your body a chance to align properly so when you come to do a faster flow hopefully your body will remember the correct alignment.

If you would like to come and try a class or if you fancy coming on a retreat you can contact me on my website www.serenityyogaclasses.co.uk

I attend Paula's classes regularly. She is one of my favourite teachers. I used to always attend yoga for the physical exercise, but through learning about the spiritual and meditation elements of yoga I have invested my own time into this area. Paula's classes challenge you but also encourage you to learn more about yoga. I enjoy Paula's workshops that she runs and the weekly classes that offer great variety and new learnings. I plan to attend one of Paula's retreats in the future. It is on my bucket list to do.

I've had the great pleasure of attending Paula's classes for just over a year now, since the beginning of my yoga journey. Her classes are always fun and challenging in equal measure and my overall fitness and flexibility has improved dramatically. Paula offers a superb range of classes and retreats catering for all abilities and her delightful personality and passion for yoga shine through on every occasion. The homemade food served on a mini retreat I attended was delicious too. Highly recommended!

Paula is a brilliant yoga teacher. I have attended her classes in Milton Keynes, retreat half and full days, and also a 1 week yoga retreat in Crete. When I first went to Paula’s classes, I had not tried yoga before. She was very attentive and helped me to ensure I had the correct posture for the various poses. She always gives extra attention to newbies, so they can get the most out of the yoga session. She also does relaxation and yoga Indra. All are wonderful and have helped me to learn to relax. The retreat in Crete was fantastic. Yoga morning and evening, beautiful location, lovely food, and a like-minded group of people. I came home feel really relaxed and ready to take on the world. Thank you Paula

Paula is the most amazing and talented yoga teacher. She works with you and what you can do...she knows her pupils and their abilities hence she can adjust us and the pose. Paula has a natural calming quality about her and takes us on her journey.
