Who I Am

I’m a Holistic Health Coach & Senior Yoga Teacher

I help you cultivate balance, mind, body and soul for physical healing

My Yoga classes are anatomy focused and help you get to know the amazing temple that is your body.

My coaching empowers you to find the perfect balance in your life!

I love working with people who find joy in learning about themselves, through movement and introspection…

I’m an international yoga teacher with over 4000 hours of experience. I have years of experience teaching young adults and adults in private and group settings, including large groups of 30 people. I have been teaching virtual classes online via Zoom since April 2020 and used the time since then to constantly improve the video, sound and interactive quality of my classes. The classes I teach are small, with less than 15 students and I hope to keep them this way. I enjoying connecting with my students on whatever level they feel comfortable and I’m happy to say some of my students have become my friends.

I learned over the years that the body needs more than just movement. That is where my health coaching came in, I’ve been helping people with their issues for years and recently labelled myself a Holistic Health Coach. I use my knowledge of human Anatomy / Aromatherapy / Acupressure / Supplements / Meditation / Yoga / Yoga Nidra / Breathing Techniques and life experiences to guide my clients down a path to a more balance life.

Please note I can help guide you down a path to a healthy lifestyle and can help with certain illnesses but I am not a qualified health professional and you should always check with your doctor before taking part in any classes if you have any health concerns or conditions. I also require that you tell me your current state of health prior to attending yoga classes or coaching sessions.

Through a good balance of healthy eating habits, meditation, spiritual practice and the physical practice you can find personal healing and growth for positive mental health habits leading to a happy body and mind.

I’ve been doing yoga with Kayla for many years now the majority online due to covid. Her online classes are accessible and easy to follow and she is always on hand to check in if we don’t follow something. Her personality encourages you to try everything whilst listening to your body. Today I attended my first in person class with Kayla in about two years and it was brilliant to be able to be back in the same yoga space. We were working on our headstand and Kayla made me feel confident and comfortable to go and try that extra bit more and actually balance in the pose. I could not recommend Kayla enough. I look forward to my weekly classes so much and even if I’m feeling them afterwards I always end feeling more relaxed and at peace with myself after a busy week.

I took the yoga focus class on glutes and loved it. I've been having some pain in my low back and my sciatica and this class has been a huge help. My pain is almost gone and I can move easily. I recommend Kayla's yoga classes to anyone need to stretch through pain and heal through exercise. Better than Physical Therapy.

Lovely yoga session today - very friendly, and flowed through different poses at a nice pace while always offering alternatives to fit all yoga levels!

I used to attend Kayla’s in person classes and was gutted when she relocated, so was delighted to be able to attend one of her online classes this evening! Kayla is a great teacher, really relaxed and supportive, and as someone who was new to practice then, and getting back into it now, I couldn’t recommend her more! Kayla is great at pointing out adaptations to poses for those who need to take it easier and for those who are more advanced so her classes are suitable for all levels. Thanks Kayla!

I have had classes in person and online with Kayla. She is very knowledgable. She has a gentle manner but will push you when required. Her restorative yoga is just beautiful. I could listen to her all day. She is very good at managing my easily distracted teenage daughter.
