Fazia has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She brings knowledge of breath and movement to her alignment-based vinyasa flow classes.
Originally drawn to the physical benefits of yoga while practicing with Stewart Gilchrist, Sarah Thompson and Julie Montagu, Fazia fell in love with the meditative energy and grace of vinyasa flow.
Yoga has given me physical strength, mental resilience and a sense of happiness and emotional healing; yoga can also be great fun and I aim to share the benefits of the practice with students in class.
