Jane is well known for enjoyable classes with an expert blend of challenge and ease. Sensitive to the needs of each individual student, she is highly skilled in providing classes that suit beginners and very experienced yoga practitioners in the same space.

Her yoga classes are full of warmth and humour as well as expert teaching.

Jane has trained with Anne Marie Newland, (Sun Power Yoga) a high energy, dynamic woman with a passion for music and dance, making for a fun and interesting style of yoga.

Jane also holds the British Wheel of Yoga accredited teaching diploma, a highly respected qualification in the yoga world. They insure that their teachers are trained very thoroughly.

In addition, she has trained extensively with Francoise Freedman, (Birthlight) and is qualified to teach Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Fertility Yoga and also to train other yoga teachers in these specialisms. Her teacher training courses are highly acclaimed here in the UK as well as in Russia, China and Turkey.

Jane runs Hatha Yoga teacher training courses in Sheffield, along with the brilliant Simon Barth, where you can learn all the secrets of being an expert yoga teacher. She also runs Children’s Yoga teacher training courses all over the UK.
