I am a compassionate teacher offering a gentle flowing class with an emphasis on healthy alignment and encouraging students to work from the inside out. I enjoy offering inspiration for practising yoga off the mat and I sometimes introduce simple Sanskrit chanting or philosophical teachings from the Yoga Sutras or Bhagavad Gita.
I have also been writing the monthly OM lite column for OM Magazine for a couple of years.
I trained with Spiralling Crow Vinyasa Teacher Training (200 hours) at YogaVenue, Oxford in 2016 and with Judith Hanson Lasater in Restorative Yoga in 2020.
