but I came back to my mat, day after day, week after week and with time the practice became natural, graceful and so incredibly rewarding.
I believe that yoga is a practice for all ages, shapes and sizes.
Yoga doesn't discriminate. The practice can benefit everyone.
Although I regularly teach mixed ability classes my main passion is helping absolute beginners, returners and the plain curious.My mission is to start their yoga journey safely and develop their confidence.
I studied Astanga Yoga with the well loved and highly respected Jane Piddington in Glastonbury, who has 17 years teaching experience.
I combine elements from different styles of yoga and use a variety of warm up stretches influenced by ballet and Pilates.
Emphasis on yoga Nidra is an important end to my classes.
