Julia offers such a great variety of online classes, all of which I have tried during lockdown! Julia's brilliant early morning sessions flow from start to finish, they are challenging yet incredibly up-lifting, leaving one feeling so positive and equipped to face the day. Whilst the evening yoga classes are dreamy and really do induce a good nights sleep! Julia amazes me as she explains every pose in such great detail while demonstrating the whole flow. I highly recommend - you"ll receive a very warm welcome - I certainly did!

Love Julia's classes! Julia has such a warm and welcoming way about her and the her classes are really enjoyable. Brilliant mix of focus between asana alignment and then space for spiritual connection and deepening of practice. Thank you Julia!

I have found the classes by Julia, very comforting, relaxing and very enjoyable, especially since the online classes started. Yoga in your own home. What can be better whilst still in lockdown. I would like them to continue as long as possible and practicable.
