Yoga is an ancient 5000 year old holistic practice to maintain the mind and body. I am a yogini of the modern age and fully understand the pessure of day to day life. I want to share my love of Yoga and how to make that part of your daily routine whilst living in the 21st century.
My name is Rashmita I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and specialise in Hatha Yoga which is suitable for beginners and people of all abilities. It is a classic form of Yoga which comprises of stretching and toning the muscles in the body whilst working with breath and focusing on mental clarity and deep relaxation.
I have had the privilege of being professionally trained by Louise Cashin, a well repected Yoga teacher who has taught internationally. Wanda Fabriek is my long-term Yoga teacher and mentor, has been teaching for many years and first introduced me to Yoga.
