Overview

I first came to yoga about 15 years ago because of a persistent back problem.  Yoga made a huge difference to my physical well-being, but I quickly realised that the benefits went way beyond that; that through yoga and meditation I had become a calmer, more focussed person.  After a decade of practicing I felt that I would like to share my experience of yoga with others  and undertook teacher training with the highly experienced and outstanding Kathy Ward at the Mindful Yoga Academy in Benissa in Spain.  

I teach Mindful Hatha yoga, weaving elements of Mindfulness  into gently flowing yoga - trying to bring to my classes the same holistic experience that first attracted me to yoga.
