I have been practising yoga for over 20 years in London, Manchester and West Yorkshire, and for the last 12 years have predominately practised Ashtanga yoga with Donna Southwell. As I have grown older and experienced the turbulence of life's ups and downs, I have found new ways to practise yoga through vinyasa and hatha styles, integrated with finding a deeper understanding of how the physical body holds onto emotion, and how a holistic approach to yoga and bodywork can release physical tensions, provide mental clarity and emotional stability.
I am a creative arts practitioner and trainer and I absolutely love creating vinyasa sequences to share with students new to, or experienced in yoga. I am looking forward to developing my practice and teaching alongside my students and to growing into a great teacher.
