Overview

My yoga journey began in 2009. 

As I began to feel the transformation yoga had in my life I felt inspired to deepen my practice and to share the gift of yoga with others. 

I believe the mind, body, spirit connection is powerful and sacred, and that it should be nurtured and inspired.

With this mentality I teach my classes from my heart, focusing on the connection between movement and breath, and finding the right alignment for each person within their own body whilst creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own yoga practice.

My classes draw on elements from my own varied practice, in the main Hatha and Vinyasa flow,  with a strong focus on connecting movement to breath.

My classes will aim to enable exploration and the finding of appropriate alignment for each individual within their own body, and allow each person to celebrate what their bodies can do and find their own yoga practice in a relaxed, playful and safe environment.  

My classes are suitable for anybody as I will always offer modifications to poses, the pace will vary between slow and dynamic, with some longer  holds in some postures.

I aim to leave students feeling balanced and relaxed.
