I spent 16 months or over 200 hours training to be a Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher.  Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.

With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. I have taught a weekly Yoga class in the Aisling Centre, Enniskillen on a Thursday evening from 6.30 - 7.30pm where I have taught traditional Yoga postures and relaxation.

I first started practising Yoga over twenty years ago, firstly in London and then in Melbourne where I became aware of the many benefits of Yoga.  Yoga has certainly helped to maintain my flexibility, peace and calm and contentment in this changing world.

So, Come along to my class on a Thursday evening in the Aisling Centre, Enniskillen or I am available for 1 to 1 tuition or special groups events.  This class is suitable for all levels and relaxation is the essence of this class.
