Originally from Northumberland, Claire now works in Dunstable. She teaches private sessions, group sessions and corporate classes and home yoga lessons in the surrounding areas.
Her teaching style is relaxed. fun and accessible for all.
Her own journey into yoga began 20 years ago. Having a career flying around the world with British Airways, she loved her job, but didn't feel very grounded. After asking in San Fransisco where the nearest yoga studio was and being directed to a nearby class, she went along and was totally blown away! Then after that, every trip for work around the globe she attended a local yoga class. She quickly became hooked.
In 2001 after 911, British Airways offered unpaid leave and she took 3 months and went and did her teacher training with one of her favourite yoga schools Prana yoga college in Vancouver. She never looked back........
Still flying part time, with 2 boys, she needs her yoga more than ever!!!!!!!
She also teaches baby and childrens yoga in schools and runs workshops for other teacher trainees.
