I have been practicing yoga since 2006 and Ashtanga since 2014. I have a daily practice of asana and pranayama and am passionate about passing my enthusiasm on to others, hence undertaking the teacher training course at Ashtanga Yoga Glastonbury. In my classes, I like to include a focus on different areas of the body or muscle groups, in addition to working with the postures that comprise the Ashtanga Primary Series sequence. I am currently assisting Jane Piddington on the 200YTT at Ashtanga Yoga Glastonbury course.
