Join the brilliant Sarah Lo for this 4-day intensive, where we will be going deeper into our exploration of Yin Yoga. Yin is one of the most wholesome and non-dogmatic approaches to yoga today and is gaining increasing appreciation among practitioners all over the world.
During this training, we’ll explore more of the teaching aspects of Yin including workshop and class sequencing, the art of adjustments & posture clinics and how to effectively integrate Mindfulness Meditation. You will be learning therapeutic skills including enhanced assessment skills; reading a client’s body, improving your felt sense skills and attuning to your students whilst staying attuned to yourself. And also learning how to uncover the essence of our authentic nature through psychological enquiry and upgrading your view on the path of transformation.
Who’s it for?
This Advanced Yin Training is open to teachers who have undertaken a Level 1 or foundation Yin teacher training course, either with Sarah Lo, or another Yin Teacher trainer. It will build upon previous training and go deeper into concepts of Yin and your personal development as a teacher.

About the Teacher
Sarah Lo has been endorsed by Sarah Powers as an Insight Yoga Teacher, one of just a few teachers in the world to receive this honour. She is also a Yoga Alliance certified Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT). Yoga Alliance Professionals have the highest standards of teaching, and SYT status is the pinnacle of the yoga teacher career path combining training and experience. Sarah is also on the faculty of Insight Yoga managing admissions for Teacher Training and retreats.

Accreditation

On completion of the course, graduates will receive a 50hr Whitespace Yin Teaching Certificate. Training hours can be used for Yoga Alliance or British Wheel continuing education (e.g. CPD points)
