These weeks are an opportunity for students of all levels (except complete beginners) to practice in a small group environment with Helen. The sessions each day will allow time to explore techniques and modifications specific to each person’s needs in more detail so that you can support your regular practice. By committing to the week students will also be able to experience the benefits of cultivating a daily practice as an integral part of their lives.
