Are you looking to explore more ways to develop your students and cultivate your own practice?
Whether you are just starting out on your journey as a Yoga Teacher, seeking to enhance your existing teaching skills or simply wish to develop your personal practice, our Restorative Yoga Training immersion will provide you with the tools to enrich your practice and teach authentically, grounded both in self-awareness and experiential knowledge.
Restorative Yoga is one of the most wholesome and non-dogmatic approaches to yoga today and is gaining increasing appreciation among practitioners all over the world.
Join the brilliant Deborah Berryman for an experience that will deepen your understanding of your body, introducing you to the practice and concepts of Restorative Yoga and how it interweaves with traditional yoga practices.
This 50hr Restorative Yoga Teaching Immersion creates space for exploration and study. Restorative Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today, but also useful as a stand-alone healing practice. In this Immersion, we will explore Restorative practice, the Nervous System & Organs, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology, the Art of Teaching Restorative and Teaching Restorative Yoga as a Therapy.
Deborah will share her experience and the tools of the practice, exploring how to relax and rest deeply. Each day will include Restorative Practice as well as Meditation and Self-reflection. You will be required to have your own daily practice during the course as well as journaling.
This course is a welcome study immersion for training, new and established yoga teachers to refresh, renew and to deepen their practice and study of anatomy, asana, pranayama, philosophy, mindfulness and consciousness.
It’s also open to dedicated yoga students (minimum of 2 years consistent practice) wanting to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga, and health professionals keen to broaden their knowledge and skills (please note, this wouldn’t certify you as a Yoga Teacher).
