Sitting is the new smoking, but we all have to do it. Sitting or standing for long periods destabilises the lower spine and hips which can cause masses of unnecessary ouch in our lives. This sequence introduces why poses are sequenced in this way to undo what we are doing whilst sitting. It's more than doing abs, it's more than stretching your back out. It's more like stuff you can do in a yoga session, before and after any exercise training session and discreetly at work too!
The session is divided into 2 sections, one where we discuss the anatomy of the hips and how they relate to the spine, when you know why, you will easily know how! Followed by a dynamic yoga sequence that will leave you feeling ready to sit, race or lift!
