In this class, we will focus on stretching out the lower back and hamstrings, loosening the muscles that tighten when cycling. We focus on the glute muscles as it is easy to let them switch off allowing the muscles around the glutes to overcompensate, causing an imbalance in the body which in time can lead to pain in the hips, bum and legs.

 Children 10 and up, are welcome to come. Parents keep in mind this will follow the usual style of a yoga class and I leave it to you do decide if your child would enjoy it. I try to keep classes fun but this course isn't aimed at young children. Teenages are more than welcome.
