This 1-weekend course will give you lots of practical tips and techniques based on ancient yoga theory and the latest medical research to deal with those clients who are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. You will learn how to plan and teach a yoga class for this specific audience and how to incorporate pranayama and yoga relaxations for people suffering from stress, anxiety or depression in your general classes.
