Hi. I have been practicing Yoga for several years now, mainly Ashtanga, and felt it was time to take it a wee step further and venture into teaching with a view to passing onto others all the benefits from physical & mental to spiritual,  which I have received since starting my practice. I Graduated from Golden Glow Yoga College, Galway July 2018 as Yoga Teacher in Hatha, Transformational and Vinyasa Flow, having completed thier 200hr Intensive Course which was taught by the ultra passionate Dr.Sri Radha Sharon O'Neill BCL, Managing Director of GGYC Cork & Galway. I feel very blessed to have found this course.  I am also a qualified Acrobatic Gymnastics Coach and Polefitness Instructor. I enjoy all types of movement, working with all age groups and seeing the joy in people's faces when they achieve something they didn't think possible for them. I look forward to taking my Yoga journey further into the world of teaching.
