Our Holistic Retreat will take place at the award-winning, Fair Oak Farm, in Mayfield. This is a truly beautiful Grade II listed Sussex farmhouse on 12 acres of land.
Included in your stay is:
• 3 nights stay
• no less than 6 opportunities to practice Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi & Qigong (all optional, you can do as much or as little as you wish!).
• I will be available throughout the day for anyone who wish to ‘workshop’ something and focus on specific teaching points eg. I will give a tutorial on self-massage using acupressure meridian points and the benefits.
• All meals included (excl. alcohol) – healthy and fresh meals prepared by local chef.
• Tea, herbal tea, coffee available for self-service throughout the retreat.
• Use of outdoor sauna, games barn (eg. table-tennis) and cinema barn
• Free time to stroll through the surrounding woodland…
Cost starts from £490pp (on 2 persons room-shared basis) up to £950 single occupancy. Some accommodations offer your own private space (eg. Eco Lodge Tree-house, Stable Cottage, Hay Barn...).

Cost of transportation is not included- you will need to make your own way to the venue. There are limited parking spaces. By train, local Stonegate station is only 2 miles and Wadhurst station is 6 miles away, with journey times from around 1hr from London Bridge, London Charing Cross, Waterloo East and Cannon Street.
