Welcome to Muladhara Studio

Owned and run by Kathryn Mason, a qualified Yoga Teacher who completed her training with Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India , the home and origin of Yoga. 

Muladhara Studio offers a few styles of yoga, the most common are Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Restorative. We accommodate for all levels of students from beginners to advanced. Muladhara Studio is accredited by the largest organisation in yoga teachers and trainers in the UK, Yoga Alliance Professionals.
