Overview

2020's success for me was to complete my 200 hour YTT in Ashtanga Vinyasa & Pranayama with Jamie Blowers of Jamie Yoga Trainings. Looking forward to the next stage of my yoga journey and to sharing my enthusiasm with my new students.

In April 2021 I completed a 50 hour online Yin training course with Ram Jain of Arhanta Online Academy. A new string to my bow, looking forward to sharing the benefits.

    Kath is a brilliant yoga teacher who runs friendly small classes and gives attention and support on an individual basis in a relaxed environment I started yoga beginners class as a mature student in my mid 60s around a year and a half ago and still look forward to my weekly class The benefits for me are improvement in flexibility , muscle strength , balance , posture , wellbeing physical and mental Kath has helped me progress through a range of different strengths and confidence as classes are well thought out to give a variety of challenges and achievements I would highly recommend this wonderful relaxing and learning experience Annie

    Kath’s classes are a blend of physical challenge and mindfulness, leaving me feeling both invigorated and relaxed. Kath provides adjustments to ensure I get the most out of each pose and ends each class with relaxation ?‍♂️?

    I knew that I am benefitting from the yoga classes that Kath has been running. But my recent health check and medical have confirmed that my health, strength and mobility have all improved from my previous medical and no doubt, yoga has played a big part.

    Kath is a fantastic yoga teacher. The small classes allow her to give individual attention to her students, which you do not receive in many other classes.     Kath offers a wide variety of classes to suit everyone, whether your looking for a challenging Ashtanga to a gentle slow flow or Yin class. I love the variety of classes that Kath's offers & can choose what your body needs on a particular day/week. Small class sizes make for a very personal experience with hands on adjustments. Studio space is a lovely tranquil environment, also offers outdoor classes in the summer in her beautiful garden. Kath has a wonderfully calming voice perfect for your Yoga experience. Highly recommend.
