This class is a dynamic work out, following postures from the Modified Primary Series. If you want to be challenged in a fun way with some fast paced salutations, followed by postures that will stretch your hamstrings and deepen your twists, this is for you. Classes will also include some relaxation to really feel the benefit of the exercise.
