My format is open, explorative, informative and discussion led.  

I believe that curiosity and the questions that arise from practical exploration are what lead us to the answers we seek.

Equally, there is nothing worse than someone droning on about anatomy, making us regress back to our school days!

It is my passion to ensure everyone I work with feels seen and heard.  So I ONLY ever teach small groups (there is a max limit in this group of 10) and you'll need to be mic and camera on for the duration.  

Your presence is required and we are absolutely forgiving of gatecrashers...that'll be the small people and children with fur who just found you super interesting!
