This workshop continues to explore the musculoskeletal system in relation to yoga asana: this time we are focusing on the axial skeleton and it's relationship to the elusive 'bandhas' (muscle locks). The workshop includes an illustrated talk, active participation and some yoga practice. Suitable for all those deepening their understanding of their own yoga practice as well as yoga teachers from all disciplines, and manual and physical therapists.
