Come and indulge in some gentle supported stretches which will leave you feeling very refreshed body and mind. We'll use bolsters and blocks to set you up into a really comfortable place where you can release deep seated tensions and allow your mind to drop into a place of true relaxation.
The theme of the session is the Koshas, unpeeling the layers of being to enter a deep meditative state. We will close the practice with a trance like Yoga Nidra to help you further relax and unwind.
Emma Gliddon is a Senior Yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience. This practice is suitable for all abilities including those recovering from injury.
Not suitable for those with a history of psychosis.
