Overview

Ahimsa Yoga & Mindfulness is all about non-harming, healing, nurturing and balancing...so we can become whole again and enjoy our day to day life.

As a fighter of several chronic conditions myself, I am passionate about using yoga as a tool for healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Being a childhood trauma, chronic stress and adrenal burnout survivor, I know how important it is to work on inner peace, acceptance, self - love and general wellbeing. 

I believe that there is always a type of yoga practice available for us, no matter what the circumstances are...whether it is chronic pain, fatigue, limited mobility, anxiety...we can use yoga and its teachings to strive to make a connection between our body, mind and soul, and then live our life to the fullest.
