Over the last four years, I've been on a self discovery journey to come back to who I truly am.  I spent most of my working life in the corporate world which came to and end. I have now found true happiness, self confidence and a hidden unlocked power inside that knows what I truly came here to do.....

I believe that everyone we meet in this life is for a reason.  Every human being matters and will have something to teach us.  Through traveling, I discovered yoga and met a wonderful friend and mentor, Frannie Hoffman from Anna Maria Island FL, USA.  I soul searched with Frannie and found inner harmony and balance frpm doing inner child work.

I completed 200hrs of Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Dhugal Meachem in Edinburgh, and extended this training with a further 100hrs of meditation with Dhugal in Thailand .

During lockdown, I've spend my time practicing and learning breath work with Caroline Holmes, from Warrior Mode.  I've discovered that everything we need in our bodies to keep us mentally and physically well is right here, inside of us.  Our Breath is our daily medicine.  It's a lost art and most of us just don't know how to use it.  

I completed my Sound Healing training, focusing on Crystal and Tibetan Bowls with Lesley Carol at Atlantis Sound Healing College, just a few months ago.  This was a truly amazing, intimate and loving experience.  It was inspirational to discover how these bowls vibrate and heal every cell of our bodies.

I am currently doing some further inner work with Dr Harmony at Ascension Academy. This work has been very deep and fulfilling.  It's an ongoing work in progress to face my shadows and mirror of myself.

I am on an ongoing, inner journey of going deep into who I truly am.  I've faced myself, my fears, my insecurities and found an uncovered energy that just wants to flow.  I've discovered that we are all on this planet to serve and heal together. I listen to my intuition and follow my heart.  

Through this journey my Company; Calm and Cool Studio has been born...

On this intimate venture I have partnered with my daughter Sarah, who I am so proud of.  She has shone the light in her inner journey and is ready to serve with me in our studio.
