The goal of the call is for us to understand your training school better, and to help us identify the ways we can help you!

First, we will look at:

  1. Where is your Training business today?
  2. Where do you want it to be?
  3. Most importantly, where does it need to be?

Then we will discuss:

  • Why did you get into the Training business initially?
  • Why are you still in it now?
  • What do you want from your Training business long-term?
  • What is your exit strategy?
  • What are your main frustrations and pain points?

  • You shall shortly receive a call invitation. 
  • Check the connection and log in 5 minutes before the call starts.

Best Practices

  • Please invite all relevant decision-makers to the call.
  • Find a quiet space with no distractions for the call and bring a pad and pen to take notes.
  • Allow 40 minutes for the call.
