- Why are you still in it now?
- What do you want from your Training business long-term?
- What is your exit strategy?
- What are your main frustrations and pain points?

Best Practices
- Please invite all relevant decision-makers to the call.
- Find a quiet space with no distractions for the call and bring a pad and pen to take notes.
- Allow 40 minutes for the call.
